At TreasureBox, we want you to love every piece you bring into your home. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return policy for most items in their original condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your TreasureBox account and select the order containing the item you wish to return to receive a Return Authorization number.

• 2.
  Pack with Care

  Securely pack the item in its original packaging, including all assembly hardware and instruction manuals, to ensure it arrives back to us safely.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location within 7 days of your request.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
